RBI-Continuity and Change

Raghuram Rajan, the outgoing 23rd Governor of Reserve Bank of India is someone who cannot be ignored, whether you like him or not.Surely he is not the one to back down or shocked. Though I don’t have his birth time, let me work with the date of birth that is available.
He is born on 3rd February, 1963 at Bhopal. Taking the noon time let us see what makes this man.

Now let me point out a couple of interesting features of this chart.
What is most striking is the close conjunction of the Sun and Saturn in this chart. Both are close within a distance of six minutes of arc. And this is opposed by Mars on the other side, roughly 180 degrees away and with Neptune in 90 degrees square aspect to this opposition, we get what is called a T Square.
